Transfers
For all you transfers, from Inter-hotel transfers, airport transfers around Botswana, Cross Border transfers, we take care of all transfers despite number of people or group size. You are expected to book and advise pick up point and drop off points, number of people to determine type of vehicle. All our tour vehicles are air-conditioned and we provide mineral water per person for all transfers.

Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 30 Days, No Refund
- Any Cancellation 30-59 Days, 50% Refund
- 60 days or more, full refund.
- Bookings without deposits can be cancelled anytime with or without notification.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- Experiences requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
